Overview
Fatan Fashion POS is a retail management system designed to streamline sales transactions, product inventory, and store reporting in a single digital platform. By centralizing these processes, the store can manage transactions more efficiently and make faster, data-driven decisions. The application is built for a modern retail environment, with responsive access across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Its installable web app approach also makes it easy to use like a native application on various devices, improving operational flexibility for store staff.
Challenges
The store ran into the operational issues common to fashion retail: stock was recorded manually, sales tracking was error-prone, and there was little visibility into how the business performed day to day. Because staff move between the counter and the stockroom, the system also could not assume a single fixed workstation.
Solution
Brought transactions, inventory, and reporting into one integrated platform so stock movements and revenue figures stay consistent without manual reconciliation, with role-based access separating what admin, cashier, and manager each can reach. The interface was built responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and shipped as an installable web app (PWA) so staff can use it like a native application on whichever device is at hand.
